  1. REMINDERPRO HELP: FILE MENU

  3. Following is a description of each item available in the File menu.
  4.  
  5. Close
  6.  
  7. Selecting this item closes the front window.
  8.  
  9. Save to file
  10.  
  11. Allows you to save the selected reminders to a text file. If you hold down the option key before pulling down this menu, this item appears as 窶廣ppend to file窶ｦ窶. This allows you to append the selected reminders to an existing text file.

  13. This item is enabled only when you have one or more reminders selected in the Reminder List window or the Snooze List window.

  15. Page Setup
  16.  
  17. Allows you to set up the printing parameters.
  18.  
  19. Print
  20.  
  21. Allows you to print. This item is available only when printing is possible from the front window.
  22.  
  23. Quit
  24.  
  25. Quits the application.
  26.  
  27. Print Registration Information
  28.  
  29. This item is available for unregistered copies of ReminderPro. Selecting it causes a dialog to come up that prompts you for information about yourself. When you want to register your copy of ReminderPro, you enter the information and print it. Then send the printed copy to Crystal Software, Inc. along with your check. See the help topic 窶彝egistering ReminderPro窶 for more information.

  31. Enter Access Code

This item is available for unregistered copies of ReminderPro. After you send in your registration information and check to Crystal Software, Inc., you will receive an access code. You then select this item and enter the access code to complete the registration. See the help topic 窶彝egistering ReminderPro窶 for more information.

  35. Show Access Code
  36.  
  37. This item is available for registered copies of ReminderPro. It can be selected by holding down the option key and then pulling down the File menu. It allows you to view the access code you entered when you completed the registration.
